I love listening to Podcasts. Obviously I spend a lot of time in the car, driving from one appointment to another, so there is a lot of time for me to listen to Real Estate Podcasts. Many of these Podcasts are hosted by actual Real Estate Agents. I find it extremely helpful to my business to hear what techniques other agents are using for success in their business.

These are my top 7 Real Estate Podcasts – That’s enough to listen to a different one each day of the week, but if you are like me you will probably binge listen to each one as soon as you discover it.
Pat Hiban is a Billion Dollar Agent – yes he has sold over $1,000,000,000 worth of houses in his career. On his podcast he shares his own stories of success, mindset, and also interviews other successful agents to gain their insights.
Past guests have included some of the biggest producers in Real Estate, including agents from high end luxury markets.
With over 900 Episodes, this real estate podcast has the most interviews of any other I can find.
Pat Hiban also has a supplemental podcast to his main one called Bare Naked Agent.
PrepAgent is a great site to learn how to become a Real Estate Agent. With their podcasts, Webinars, YouTube and on-line classes, you will gain the knowledge and Preparation to walk into the Real Estate Exam with confidence.
Their podcasts are audio versions of the most popular webinars, full of authentic Real Estate questions and answers, actual situations that could happen, and strategies to handle whatever might come your way.
The Bigger Pockets Podcast is directed primarily at Real Estate Investors, but also has great tips for new agents, as well as established agents who might want to get into the real estate investor world. They put out a 60-minute plus episode every week, and have been doing it for many years. If you want to learn about real estate investing this is the podcast for you.
In addition to their podcast, they have an incredible message board where you can ask real estate investing questions, learn how to start real estate investing, and much more.
Every week they interview a successful investor, asking how they started, what kind of deals they like to do, and what some of the pitfalls they have experienced.
Kevin Ward was a preacher in West Texas who never wanted to be a Real Estate Agent. After he became successful by going all in, he started his own training program, YouTube Channel, and Podcast giving back and helping new agents not make the same mistakes he made.
He got his start not by door knocking or cold calling, but instead by working his sphere, and sending out real estate postcards to his family and friends. By immersing himself completely in Real Estate, and treating it like a real job, he saw the rewards that we all are looking for.
Hosted by Michael Montgomery this podcast gives actionable tips to both new and established agents. They are informative, easy to listen to episodes that are packed with value.
Although he is broadcasting from Canada, he talks about marketing ideas, strategies, and tips for agents everywhere to get them to fifty deals fast.
Additionally he has a great website devoted to helping all agents find success in Real Estate.
Tim & Julie Harris are international best selling Authors (and agents) originally from Ohio who have a daily radio show. This is the podcast version of that show.They have been in the business for many years and get into all the details of the process, as well as motivate you for success.
They have an amazing coaching program for new and older agents that get you up to speed fast, so you can close deals, and help people achieve their goals of home ownership.
Real Advice From Real Agents to help you achieve greatness. Toby Salgado interviews successful agents on almost each episode and gives tips on getting started in Real Estate. He is another one of those Podcasts that has been doing it for a long time, and the archive of Podcasts has some real gems in it – or “Knowledge Bombs” as Toby likes to call it.
