Welcome to EricEstate.

I’ve had the idea for this site for years.  After a lot of false starts, distractions and road bumps, it is finally ready for the world.  I hope you will enjoy this as much as I am doing it.

I got into real estate because at the time 8 years ago, and even today, there hasn’t  been any real disruptors in the space.  I believe in my heart that we can use technology better to service people looking for homes.  Lots of agents have websites, but they are all built on old marketing techniques – none truly service the customer, only the agent.  I will change this.
