The Ridge is one of the older sections of Barton creek. They have Golf cart access to the Fazio Foothills Course. Not every neighborhood in Barton Creek allows this, but in the Ridge, there is a path that leads from the area to the clubhouse at Barton Creek Resort.Approximately 50 homes are behind the gates at the Ridge in Barton Creek, and the prices range in the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 range when they come on the market.
Don’t be confused by the Ridge Apartment Complex which are located in the Northwest Hills part of Austin, the Ridge that I’m talking about today is just off Barton Creek Drive, and immediately adjacent to the Barton Creek Country Club. The homes in this Gated section are on at least 1/3 of an acre and generally have 4 or more bedrooms but a few are smaller.
