A Few days ago I took a drive through Cedar Park and visited the new community of Abrantes.  It’s a hidden gem that follows the 3 rules of real estate.

Location, Location, Location

Originally part of a much larger ranch that is in the heart of Cedar Park, a small part was sold to a developer, and is growing into a 90 family community.

Only 2 builders are building houses in this GATED community:  Scott Felder Homes, and Grand Haven Homes

A total of 4 phases are in development.  As of today (October 2015), only Phase 1 is complete, and they are just starting to build the roads for phase 2.

These lots are huge.  80, 85, and 90 feet.  This puts them in the Luxury category.  Most new homes are built on 50 to 60 foot wide lots.  Plus they are deep, so you can have a deep setback from the street, and still have space in the back to build a pool.

Only a total of 90 lots are available, and most either back to a greenbelt, or are on a cul-de sac.

Where is Abrantes Located?

By the time you read this Google maps will probably have mapped out the development, but just in case it hasn’t, Abrantes is located half way between 183, and Parmer Lane on E. Whitestone just a minute or so south down Arrow Pointe Dr.

Each builder has prepared a beautiful model home showcasing the different and most popular features available.

The Scott Felder Model Home in Abrantes is at 713 Glacial Stream Lane, Cedar Park, TX 78613

The Grand Haven Abrantes Model home is right next door at 709 Glacial Stream Lane, Cedar Park, TX 78613.

The first thing to do is to stop by the model homes and say hi to the on-site representative.  Just tell them you are working with a Realtor (you can use my name if you want) and they will leave you alone.  They are just there to help you answer any questions you may have.
