You can reserve a unit today.  The smallest ones are $681,000, and 981 square feet.  At almost 700 per square foot that’s the highest price for a downtown condo presale on record.

That is a spacious 1-bedroom, and will have finishes picked out by a leading designer, Kelly Wearstler, who is a top 100 interior decorator according to Architectural Digest magazine in 2016.

At the top, both literally and figuratively, the penthouses on the upper floors of this 33-story tower have been selling for up to $8-Million dollars.  These 5-bedroom luxury dwellings on two floors are nearly 6,800 square feet, which is huge, by anyone’s standards.

Just between you and me, when did a building have more than one penthouse?  I may be old school in my thinking that only the top floor of a hi-rise is the Penthouse.  Now, it seems Austin buildings can have multiple penthouses on the top levels of a downtown tower.


As for the amenities, the Austin Proper Residences will have a separate, private entrance from the hotel guests, with a dedicated doorman and concierge planned.

The private resident’s pool,  (the hotel guests will have access to a 2nd pool), should  have amazing views of Ladybird Lake.
