There are many exclusive communities in Austin, but Davenport Ranch is one of the most premiere luxury areas in Austin. Located just south of the 360 bridge (Pennybacker bridge), and sharing roads with the exclusive Austin Country Club, it’s easy to drive right past the entrance to this neighborhood.
Many of the streets here have fantastic views of the country club, lake, or the rolling hills to the west, and many houses have these fantastic views from the pool or out the back windows.
